Ever wondered why, they always ask mom?? When you are really busy with three or more things, like us moms normally are. The kids bypass the one doing 'less' and demand help, need something, as its a matter of life and death!!
Just this week-end I witnessed it first hand , and its not the first time.
Its almost lunch time, so the food is busy cooking. The house is tidied, well as much as it can be with 2 little girls. The washing is finished in the machine so I quickly hang it out to dry. Olivia walks right past her dad who is sitting on the couch and asks me to read her this story that she'd brought back from school.
I look at her and say 'listen , when you want something, please look at whoever isn't doing anything and ask them ' all this while pointing to her papa!
